Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. Missing items, wrong part numbers, etc. must be reported to Wingfield Ag within 30 days. Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee.

Note: Items returned to Wingfield Ag MUST have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, and only those goods listed on the RGA may be returned. No credit will be issued without a RGA. All returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the RGA date. RGAs may be obtained by emailing or by calling 1-229-759-9125.

Return Procedure:

  1. Within 30 days of receipt of the order, unused merchandise may be returned for a refund, provided a RGA number has been issued.
  2. There will be no restocking fee charged on returns due to Wingfield Ag shipping errors or defective items. All other returns will be charged a restocking fee of 20% and are to be returned at the customer's expense. Items being returned must be new and in salable condition. Items that have been installed and used are not eligible for return. Items damaged by customers may not be returned and no credit will be issued. All returned items must be current Wingfield Ag part numbers.
  3. Pack and seal your return securely with a copy of the original invoice included.
  4. Display the RGA number on the outside of the package in a clear and obvious place.
  5. If using US Postal Service, mail the package to:

  6. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the goods at our warehouse and will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment.
  7. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  8. RGA numbers expire after 30 days of being issued.
  9. Wingfield Ag & Lawn is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages in transit for return, and we recommend insuring your package when returning merchandise.
